Dog Days

Hondsdagen tells the story of three sisters, each dealing with the sudden disappearance of their father in their own way. Past and present flow into each other and dormant emotions are reflected in the threatening heat. Insects buzz, the atmosphere comes alive and madness grows softly until finally the thunder breaks and the rain comes.
